Fitness is a way of life that includes working out and eating right. I have over 17 years experience as a personal and group trainer and I have worked with beginners, marathoners, triathletes, dancers, first responders and cage fighters. I spent over 4 years in a performance rehabilitative clinic, rehabbing injured patients. Whether it’s coming back from an injury or stepping into the gym for the first time, I am here to help. We will set aggressive goals and work hard to achieve them together!
